Description: In order to enhance system stability, functionality, and security, Blackboard Vista will be upgraded this Saturday, May 24th. Description: On Friday evening, May 16th, 2008, ITS will be doing work in the Reese building that will impact offices in the basement and on the 1st and 2nd floors. The work will begin at approximately 5:30pm and will last for about eight hours. While the work is underway, phones will be working but all network connectivity will be unavailable. Because the the University Homepage depends so much on PR's site, I have suppressed all calls to this site directly. To accommodate the Homepage Promo images and main Graphic (with underlying "Campus Snapshots" pages) I have change all of the links to point to a local copy holding all of the resources under a new folder called "TEMP-PR". Description: The voicemail issue for non-IP phones has now been resolved. [05/05/2008 8:15:44 AM] We are currently experiencing a problem with the voicemail system for non-IP phones. Until the issue is resolved, clients will not be able to access their voicemail messages or leave voicemail messages for other non-IP phone users. This issue does not affect IP phones. Users may experience some delay in off-campus e-mail deliveries. Update: There was a delay in delivery of the replacement appliance. It is now scheduled for Thursday.
