09 / 19 (event) Novell File Cluster and Student Webpages Server Maintenance Start: 5:00 pm End: 10:00 pm The Novell File Cluster is going to be patched this Friday evening starting at 5:00PM. There will be brief drops in service as volumes failover from one server to another during the patching. The server that hosts student webpages (http://webpages.uncc.edu) will also be patched. This server will be down for approximately one hour. All patching should be complete by between 9:00PM and 10:00PM. Please note that ALL Novell file services will be affected during this maintenance period, and may cause issues if using Novell. more info

09 / 21 (event) Password Manager Outage Start: 6:00 am End: 4:00 pm ITS will be upgrading the IdM servers supporting PWManager on Sunday, September 21, 2008 starting at 6 AM. The upgrade should be completed by 4 PM. Between those hours there will be periods of time that PWManager will not be available. It is recommended that you perform any necessary password changes on Saturday to ensure continued access to systems requiring your NinerNet Credentials on Sunday.
