ITS will be upgrading the IdM servers supporting PWManager on Sunday, September 21, 2008 starting at 6 AM. The upgrade should be completed by 4 PM. Between those hours there will be periods of time that PWManager will not be available. It is recommended that you perform any necessary password changes on Saturday to ensure continued access to systems requiring your NinerNet Credentials on Sunday. The Banner system will be unavailable on Saturday, October 11, 2008 from 9:30am until 9:00pm in order to apply upgrades and patches. The upgrades and patches include some enhancements, several regulatory updates, and minor fixes. Additional functionality in the Financial Aid Self Service module includes the ability for a student to print an award letter and view more detailed award information. During the outage, Banner Self Service and Internet Native Banner (INB ) will be unavailable. Tuesday, October 14, 2008

UCIT staff will be testing the newly installed UPS unit on Tuesday, October 14th between 7:00am and 7:30am. During this time there may be intermittent outages of ALL UCIT services as servers are power cycled by the UPS. Affected services include: Production SUAR web sites Sunday, October 19, 2008
