Drupal 5 has been released!

Great news all!

Drupal 5 has been officially released. Drupal is the open source content management system that Student Life Facilities and the Office of Student Activities use for manging our web sites. The new version has many usability enhancements and new features for developers.

I will be setting up a test instance of Drupal 5 on our test/dev server to begin evaluation. We will probably port over the UCIT web site as the first test site. Mike and I need to test and make sure that the add on modules we use will work in Drupal 5. If they do not, we may wait until they are supported or find other alternatives.
