Server Maintenance Scheduled for Oct. 19th, 2008

On Sunday, October 19th, ITS will be performing maintenance on several servers.  From 9:00am until approximately 2:00pm, the following services will be unavailable while the work is being done:

Services:
• 49er Express
• HelpDesk Online
• Password Manager
• Resource 25, WebViewer
• Citrix
• Report Caster
• Fixed Assets Reconciliation

Banner (INB and Self Service) will be unavailable this day also from 9:00am until approximately 9:30am. Feel free to contact a UCIT staff member if you have any questions!
