Brief Server Outages TODAY for UPS Repair

Folks,

There will be two brief outages lasting no longer than 10 minutes of ALL SUAR-IT managed servers today at 12:45pm and again shortly after 5pm in order to perform required maintenance on our UPS.  Please note that this outage will affect all services as indicated below.  Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns...

Rec Trac Upgrades

SUAR IT will be perform upgrades to the RecTrac system. Access to the system will be intermittent during the upgrade period.

SUAR IT Server Outage

Due to a scheduled power outage in Cone Center, SUAR IT will shutdown all servers between 7am and 2pm on Sunday, April 5. 

Services impacted:

RecTrac
Equitrac
SUAR IT Hosted Web Sites and Web Applications
Campus Events Web Site and Database (will result in campus events not appearing on www.uncc.edu)
Room Viewer
Key Keeper reporting and updates (Keyboxes will continue to function independently)
Student Media files and applications
Xerox PagePack tracking system
